[Jul 4] Selection & posing gestures. Select-all (Cmd+A, mode-scoped and replay-faithful). Then the posing kit: 1/2/3 now CONVERT the selection across modes instead of dropping it (implied verts carry over, fully-covered elements stay selected); select-linked (L) fences on a loop of selected edges (loop-select a ring, hover the side you want, L → one side, boundary included); arrow keys do side-select (the region on one side of the marked loop, camera-relative to what you see); and double-click loop-select marks the WHOLE loop active, so R-R re-pivots on its centroid with a joint miter — the loop's verts ride at half the rotate angle and stay the bend's bisecting plane (the bent-straw knee; closed ring keeps a free axis, open crease locks the axis end-to-end). The active element gets its own ACTIVE panel section (mark color/width, persisted in .vmk). The gesture: double-click ring → hover side → L → R, R. All of it records by id per op, so replay stays exact.
