[backfill, May 19] Orbit camera and selection system. Damped orbit camera with scroll zoom and MMB pan. Face/edge/vertex picking — Moller-Trumbore ray-triangle for faces, screen-space distance for edges and verts. Three selection modes (1/2/3 keys), shift-click to extend, hover highlights. Selection as raw pointer vectors.
